Littleton Christian Church exists to Celebrate and apply the Gospel of Jesus Christ as we Love God, Love Each Other, and Love the World
We are overwhelmed by the grace of God in Christ Jesus our Lord - we can do nothing unless we do it through him. That's why the gospel of Jesus Christ is the driving force of everything we say and do at LCC. We pray this produces love for God, love for each other, and love for the world.
The best life is only possible when God is the primary object of our love. Our gatherings on Sundays and throughout the week are meant to teach and remind us how to do this through prayer, singing, learning, repetance, discipline, and more.
Love Each Other:
Jesus bluntly teaches that the non-believing world would know we are his disciples by our love for one another (John 13). Our goals are mutually submitted, authentic relationships among members and supportive unity with other believing churches in Littleton. To this end, we gather on Sundays and throughout the week in one another's homes, as well as hosting a monthly Littleton Pastor's Prayer gathering to connect with other churches in our area.
Love the World:
We aim to imitate Jesus' love for the world, demonstrated in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son..." We aim to participate in God's restorative work in Littleton, helping people reconcile with Him, themselves, each other, and the earth. More than money or food, people need loving relationships in order to be whole. Our weekly small groups are open to visitors, and we have two committees actively seeking to facilitate restorative ministry in our community.
