Do I have to be baptized to receive communion?

In general, yes. Exceptions might be someone who is old enough to confess their faith in Christ and has not yet had the opportunity to be baptized due to circumstances - Hopefully this whole discussion of Baptism, especially when you consider the timing of Abraham’s faith and his circumcision, proves that God works with messy chronology all the time.
