We know that our worries make us selfish, so we need you to turn our hearts to our neighbors.

Lord, remember those who are out of work. Turn the tide of this virus so our neighbors can go back to work. Show us how we can support those who are stuck waiting.

Lord, help those who are still working and learning. Let us see work and school as a gift and an opportunity to bless our neighbors. In these uncertain days, please protect and increase the opportunity to work.

Lord, keep the workers and students among us safe. Let us see our labor as an opportunity to glorify you. Let us see our rest and even our retirement as a chance to serve our neighbor.

In employment and unemployment, in work and rest, we ask you, Merciful God, to fill your people with peace, and make our neighbors curious why we have hope within.
